Mother’s Day 2017

Coincidentally, I believe my last post on the blog was around Mother’s Day over a YEAR AGO.  Oops.  Amazing how quickly that year went by.  Kate and Lisa both recently had babies (#2 for Kate and #’s 3 and 4 for Lisa) and Kate had some questions about Madeleine’s weight and height percentiles – it was nice to be able to look back on the blog at the boys’ stats from around that same time and give her some piece of mind.  I am currently having a rather quiet day at work so it has been fun to add a couple posts and pictures.  Here are some pictures from Mother’s Day 2017 – we had a fantastic brunch over at Jeff and Mary’s, then BOTH kids napped for a solid 2 hours (Noah hasn’t napped in quite some time, but I MAY have bribed him with the promise of a fire – hey, the temperature outside was well below 50!) – I got to watch a movie alone on the couch, which was the best mother’s day gift ever!  Then when the boys awoke, we watched a cute animated movie, The Secret Life of Pets, in front of the fire.  All in all, a great day.
