Noah has really picked up on baby sign language these last few weeks – he has conquered the signs for “more”, “eat” and “milk”.  These are all very important signs and really do help us figure out what he wants when he is whining (but sometimes he just keeps making the more sign even if he hasn’t had anything yet so who knows what he wants then!).  And I think he’s been trying to say “all done”, which sounds more like “ayuh” or “onion”.  I’m trying to teach him signs for “water”, “drink”, and “brush teeth”.  I’d like to teach him “thank you” as well – no harm in starting early with manners!  Now if I sing him a song before bedtime he makes the more sign and also whines as if he wants me to sing a particular song and I have no clue which one he wants – very frustrating for both of us. He also loves running into where my laptop is sitting and making the more sign which I take to mean that he wants to watch videos on the computer!  I think we will all be happier once Noah can communicate with us even more – the guessing game can get old quick, especially when your kid is yelling at you!
