I have been trying to walk 4-5 days a week which has been great for sanity AND for sleep. I think I’m finally experiencing a bit of heartburn – nothing too out of control though. Also feeling normal aches and pains typical after sitting at a desk all day. Been a little tired lately, have had to take a couple naps here and there. Sleep has been better, well, with the exception of last night! I woke up, no joke, 15 times to reposition – luckily I fell right back to sleep after turning back onto my left side. Not sure if maybe I am rolling too far onto my back and my body doesn’t feel good so I wake up? The pillow has helped immensely with the rolling, but I guess old habits die hard! Must try not to eat chocolate or dessert too close to bedtime as well.

Pete and I attended an infant CPR class last night at Isis Arlington. Our instructor was a little wacky, but it proved to be very informative – let’s hope we never have to deal with this in our lifetime. 30 chest pumps (using two fingers) to every 2 breaths for 5 cycles. Assess surroundings for safety, try to rouse baby (smack foot and yell her name), call for help, check baby for signs of breathing, instruct someone to call 911, move baby if needed to hard surface/table, begin chest pumps.

Looking forward to painting the nursery and setting up the crib this weekend. Must also start to think about baby names!!

I weighed myself at 28w5d and was 144lbs bare naked (after eating a huge dinner and dessert of course).
